How We Work Together

  • Complimentary Consultation

We start with a 45-minute conversation, on me. You'll walk me through your project, your client's vision, and the deliverables you need. I'll ask the right questions so I can scope the work accurately and recommend the package that fits.

  • Proposal & Booking

Once we've aligned on scope, I'll send over your service agreement and deposit invoice to secure your place on my calendar. Simple and straightforward.

  • 3D Modeling

Working from your plans, elevations, or sketches, I build the space in full 3D. Before any rendering begins, you'll review the model and confirm every detail — proportions, layout, and key design elements.

  • Rendering

With the model approved, the photorealistic rendering process begins. Any add-ons — panoramas, exterior views, dusk lighting — are produced at this stage as well.

  • Revisions

You'll receive your initial renders and have the opportunity to request adjustments within your included revision rounds. Additional rounds are available if needed.

  • Final Delivery

Your completed renders and presentation PDF arrive in polished, high-resolution format — ready to present to your client, share with contractors, or drop straight into a proposal.

It starts in 2D

I use industry standard programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create and review floor plans in 2D. These tools allow me to accurately draft layouts, verify dimensions, and clearly visualize the spatial organization before moving into the 3D modeling and rendering process.

Make it 3-dimensional

Using SketchUp, Revit, and Chief Architect, I then extrude the floor plans into detailed 3D models. These platforms allow me to build walls, apply materials, place furniture, and develop realistic lighting and textures. From there, I generate polished 3D renderings that help you fully understand and experience the design before it is brought to life.

Make it real.

Once the 3D model is complete, I use Enscape to generate lifelike lighting, shadows, and material reflections that bring the space to life in real time. After exporting the renderings, I refine them in Photoshop by enhancing colors, adjusting contrast, and adding subtle details that elevate the overall realism. Together, these tools allow me to deliver polished, photorealistic images that clearly communicate the atmosphere and design intent of your space.
