My Process

  • Dream it.

It all begins with an idea. After receiving your inquires, we will have a brief conversation about your project goals, design style, timeline, and what you need from the final renderings.

  • Build it.

In phase II of making your project, you will send your 2D drawings, inspiration images, material selections, and any notes that help me understand your vision. I will build a custom proposal and quote to meet your needs and timeframe.

Then your vision begins it’s journey

  • Grow it.

With your drawing and materials, I build your 3D renders through a CAD software incorporating your furniture, fixtures, finishes and overall design styles into the model to make your space real. I then take pictures of favorable angles and lighting before you receive your first drafts

  • Adjustments

You will receive an initial set of images to review and provide feedback on. I will make any adjustments you request, whether it involves materials, lighting, layouts, or angles.

  • Finishing Touches

Once everything is approved, I create your polished, high resolution final renderings and deliver them in your desired format.

It starts in 2D

I use industry standard programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create and review floor plans in 2D. These tools allow me to accurately draft layouts, verify dimensions, and clearly visualize the spatial organization before moving into the 3D modeling and rendering process.

Make it 3-dimensional

Using SketchUp, Revit, and Chief Architect, I then extrude the floor plans into detailed 3D models. These platforms allow me to build walls, apply materials, place furniture, and develop realistic lighting and textures. From there, I generate polished 3D renderings that help you fully understand and experience the design before it is brought to life.

Make it real.

Once the 3D model is complete, I use Enscape to generate lifelike lighting, shadows, and material reflections that bring the space to life in real time. After exporting the renderings, I refine them in Photoshop by enhancing colors, adjusting contrast, and adding subtle details that elevate the overall realism. Together, these tools allow me to deliver polished, photorealistic images that clearly communicate the atmosphere and design intent of your space.
